“DOG WITH A BLOG,” A NEW COMEDY TOLD FROM A CANINE POINT OF VIEW, PREMIERES FRIDAY, OCTOBER 12 ON DISNEY CHANNEL
– G Hannelius, Blake Michael,
Francesca Capaldi, Beth Littleford, Regan Burns and Stephen Full Star–
Dogs rule in Disney Channel’s “Dog With A Blog,” a comedy series
about a blended family and their talking and blogging dog, premiering FRIDAY, OCTOBER 12 (9:40
p.m., ET/PT) on Disney Channel. The series, told from a canine point of
view, follows the newly adopted dog Stan, step-siblings, Tyler, Avery
and Chloe, and their parents Bennett and Ellen, as they adjust to life
as a new family. “Dog With A Blog” follows the premiere of the Disney
Channel Original Movie “Girl Vs. Monster” (8:00 p.m., ET/PT). The series
will continue in its regular time slot beginning Sunday, November 4
(8:00 p.m., ET/PT).
In the premiere episode, Bennett adopts a shelter dog in the hopes that
it will inspire Tyler and Avery to get along and bond over taking care
of him. That happens – to some extent – when the kids discover that
their seemingly ordinary dog can talk. From that moment on, Tyler and
Avery agree on one thing: Stan’s ability to speak must be kept a secret
from everyone, even their parents. As the kids learn to work together to
keep Stan’s secret safe, they soon find that his canine point of view,
whether in the home, in the yard or in the park, helps them navigate
their new sibling situation and, ultimately, becomes the tie that binds
the family.
To learn more about Stan, fans can visit his blog at SeeStanBlog.com beginning September 18. Posts will be uploaded weekly including those featured in the show and more. On September 18, Stan’s Sneaky Blog game launches at SeeStanBlog.com where players must help Stan collect everything he needs to write his blog without parents, Bennett and Ellen, catching him.
The series stars G Hannelius (“Den Brother,” “Good Luck Charlie”) as
Avery, Blake Michael (“Lemonade Mouth”) as Tyler, Francesca Capaldi
(“A.N.T. Farm”) as Chloe, Beth Littleford (“Crazy, Stupid Love,” “The
Daily Show with Jon Stewart”) as Ellen and Regan Burns (“Wizards of
Waverly Place”) as Bennett. Stephen Full (“I’m In the Band”) voices Stan
who is played by two talented canine performers, Kuma and Mick.

It’s certainly a night of surprises on Friday. Chyna (China Anne McClain) finds out she’s a genius on an all new ‘A.N.T. Farm,’ and the kids of ‘Jessie’ are in for a twist as well!
We all love Mr. Kipling, but it looks like “he’s” been hiding a few secrets of “his” own. Jessie (Debby Ryan) and Ravi (Karan Brar)
discover eggs in Kipling’s nest, and realize that she’s actually a
mom-to-be! Of course, nothing ever seems to go right in the apartment,
and Ravi quickly misplaces some of Ms. Kipling’s eggs. We hope they
stay safe!
Meanwhile, Zuri (Skai Jackson) is saddened by the
unfortunate passing of her imaginary friend Millie the Mermaid. She’s
determined, however, to host the best funeral ever for her gone, but not
forgotten, friend.
Tune in to a brand new ‘Jessie’ - “The Secret Life of Mr. Kipling” this Friday, September 7 at 8:30pm ET/PT. Right after, you can catch an all new ‘Fish Hooks.’ at 9:00pm ET/PT.
We’re super excited to see Ms. Kipling’s new kids! It’s always nice to have some additions to the family :)
Ross Lynch, star of Disney Channel's Austin & Ally visits Radio Disney for a whole week to premiere songs from the Austin & Ally soundtrack which releases September 11.

Shine On Media caught up with "Lab Rats" stars Billy Unger & Tyrel
Jackson Williams to talk about season 2 of their Disney XD show and what
it's like working on the show.
This weekend, IM5 and Bella Thorne performed a live, FREE show at Universal CityWalk in Los Angeles.
The music was loud and the crowd was huge! It was a night that we’ll
never forget, and the best part? We got to chat with all of the
performers before the show!
It’s always a pleasure to chat with
Bella. She was super excited to be performing for her crowds of fans,
and we loved seeing her up on stage with IM5. So what did the ‘Shake It Up’ star have to say about Friday’s event and her upcoming projects?
Fanlala: This event is wrapping up the summer, tell us about what’s happening at CityWalk! Bella Thorne: I go to CityWalk all the time with
my friends, I love coming here. And I’m always thinking “I wonder if I
could perform on stage.” And tonight I get to, this is awesome. It’s
my first time on the CityWalk stage. I get to do my song with IM5, and
it’s just really sweet. The band themselves are just really sweet. F: What do you like most about performing with IM5? BT: I’m always working on my voice, practicing
behind-the-scenes on singing. And every time I nail it, they’re just
like “YES Bella! Yeah!” They really encourage me big time when I go
onstage, and that really helps. This is our second time performing
together, and I really like working with them. F: What was it like going on stage with IM5 after the Teen Choice Awards? BT: That was super cool, and I had all my
friends there. And that’s what really helped during that set. I was
glad to have their support, and in the end support is what you really
need. F: Earlier this week, we saw you in studio. Are there any upcoming songs that you can tell your fans about? BT: I’m really excited. I recorded a Christmas
song, I recorded another song, also. I’m also talking to a record
company, so I really like that. You guys, there are a lot of things
coming. F: After the huge success of ‘Made In Japan’ we want to know what’s in store for ‘Shake It Up’ in the future. BT: This season is pretty awesome, I learned so
much about my family, and I’m really close to my family, we’re really
close-knit. To be part of a show that’s made for families is really
good for me. This season you guys can expect some huge changes. It’s really
gonna shock everyone. And we know our fans are just gonna be like
“What?? What?!” but in a really good way. We’re going to have really
relatable situations, so there’s a lot to look forward to in the next
season. F: We know you’re actually an ambassador for Disney Channel’s Friends for Change, what have you been working on with them lately? BT: We’re very much into anti-bullying and the
anti-bullying campaign. I enjoying being a part of the cause, and
really getting the word out. Standing up against bullying is my
expertise, and it’s something that’s very near and dear to me.

We looooove watching Ross Lynch do his thing on ‘Austin & Ally.’ He’s a great musician and a great TV actor. But would he have done well in the days of silent movies?
Back
before movies had sound, the entire story had to be told with actions
and a music track. Weird, right? Well, Ross stopped by Radio Disney this week, and his skills were put to the test. Candice
just learned the game of charades, and she wants to watch Ross act out
some more recent events in his life. See what he’s been up to lately in
the video below, and find out some inside info on one of his co-stars
as well!
Ross is not only gearing up for the second season of ‘Austin & Ally,’ but he’s been super busy with his band R5. He’s also working closely with Radio Disney’s ‘Next Big Thing.’ The
kids who are working to perfect their skills are competing for a major
prize package, including a guest spot on a future episode of ‘Austin
& Ally.’
We hope Ross and his band release some new music
soon - he’s so talented! He’s pretty funny too, we’re loving him in the
video below. Check it out!
