JESSIE “Punch Dumped Love" Promo

Below is the promo for the JESSIE episode titled "Punched Dumped Love" which premieres Friday June 28 with special guest star Adam Sandler.

In the “Jessie” episode “Punch Dumped Love,” (8:35 – 9:00 p.m. ET/PT), when Jessie grounds Emma from going to the school dance, Emma must sneak out to warn Luke that his new crush is going to dump him. Meanwhile, Adam Sandler, guest starring as himself, offers Luke some relationship advice at the dance, and Zuri and Ravi set up booby-traps to thwart a burglar.

Disney Channel Pulls the JESSIE Episode: “Quitting Cold Koala” From It's Schedule


Disney Channel has pulled last nights (May 17) new episode of JESSIE titled “Quitting Cold Koala” over “references to gluten restrictions in the character’s diet”, according to a post on the channel’s official Facebook page. The full message reads:

To our viewers, we received your feedback about tonight’s “Jessie” episode which some of you accessed early on Video-on-Demand. We are removing this particular episode from our regular programming schedule and will re-evaluate its references to gluten restrictions in the character’s diet. Please accept our apologies for the upset this episode caused you and your family. We value your feedback and thank you for watching Disney Channel.

This week's Jessie episode is packed with some buzzed about firsts! To kick it off, Jessie and Tony are set to celebrate their 1 year anniversary as a couple, and Jessie decides to write a song for her bf for the special day. Things take a crazy turn when Jessie thinks Tony forgot their anniversary and she ends up writing an angry song that goes viral on Emma's vlog. But here's the best part -- Debby Ryan, who plays Jessie, actually performs the song herself and get this -- she also co-wrote it -- take a look:

"JESSIE" Films It's Last Episode Of The Season

Disney Channel's JESSIE filmed it's last episode of the season (season 2) on March 8, 2013. Cast member Peyton List, posted a photo of her and the cast on her official Instagram account (March 9, 2013) with the message:

Had so much fun at the last #Jessie live taping of the season last night! 💜🎉😿


Additionally, a fan of the show, (twitter user @alexirob), who went to the live taping which took place on March 8, 2013, posted on her Instagram account a behind the scenes photo of a signed script of the final episode (episode 26) titled "Diary of a Mad Newswoman"

Disney Channel's Friday Premiere Ratings - JESSIE


Disney Channel's Friday night episode premiere of the JESSIE episode titled "Pain in the Rear Window" gained 3.214 million viewers, which aired at 8.30pm.
In the episode Jessie is in charge of a carnival to help raise funds for the school. In an attempt to help bring in more money, Luke decides to show Jessie some dance moves but ends up injuring his knee. While everyone is out enjoying the carnival, Luke is home alone and bored, so he uses binoculars to spy on the carnival from a terrace and becomes concerned when he witnesses a suspicious act.

Powered by all-new episodes of “Jessie,” (one hour) and animated hits “Gravity Falls,” “Phineas and Ferb” and “Fish Hooks,” Disney Channel ranked as Friday’s #1 TV network in Kids 2-11 (1.05 million/2.7 rating), Kids 6-11 (679,000/2.9 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (562,000/2.4 rating) and cable TV’s #1 network in Total Viewers (1.84 million).

Rising to season highs, “Jessie” delivered its best ratings in nearly six months (since 8/24/12), ranking as Friday’s #1 scripted cable TV telecast in Total Viewers (3.95 million), and TV’s #1 telecast in Kids 2-11 (2.25 million/5.7 rating), Kids 6-11 (1.79 million/7.6 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (1.58 million/6.6 rating).  The episode guest starred Maia Mitchell of Disney Channel's upcoming “Teen Beach Movie.”

Overall, Disney Channel delivered cable TV’s Top 2 scripted telecasts in Total Viewers, and in key youth demos held TV’s Top 4 telecasts in Kids 2-11, Top 11 in Kids 6-11  and Top 16 in Tweens 9-14.

EXCLUSIVE: Maia Mitchell on JESSIE

Maia Mitchell, star of the the upcoming Disney Channel Original Movie Teen Beach Movie, recently announced (November 2012), that she was working on an upcoming episode of JESSIE. Below are the details [via bopandtigerbeat.com...]


In an all-new episode of Jessie airing February 15, Jessie gets her big break as a stunt double to popular Australian actress Shaylee Michaels (played by Maia Mitchell who stars as McKenzie (“Mack”) in the upcoming Disney Channel Original Movie Teen Beach Movie.). What’s even better is that the two of them become fast friends. Unfortunately, chaos ensues when the movie’s director and Shaylee’s boyfriend, MCD, asks Jessie out on a date…uh oh, girl code issue!

JESSIE To Guest Star NBA All-Star Chris Bosh

NBA All-Star, Chris Bosh, is set to guest star in the JESSIE episode titled “Say Yes to the Messy Dress” in which Jessie offers to introduce the kids to NBA All-Star Chris Bosh, who’s in town to play one of Luke’s favorite local basketball teams at the park.  Determined to make sure his beloved team wins the game, Luke takes Bosh’s lucky socks, which the superstar hasn’t washed since the 10th grade. Meanwhile, a famous designer sends Emma a dress to review on her fashion vlog.  However, things get complicated when Jessie accidentally damages the dress.


The episode airs January 18, 2013 on Disney Channel.

Disney Channel have released a behind the scenes look of the Austin & Ally and Jessie crossover special, 'Austin & Jessie & Ally All Star New Year.'

In the episode episode, Austin, Ally, Trish and Dez have trouble getting through New York’s crowded Times Square on New Year’s Eve, but Jessie comes up with a plan to get them to the stage in time to see Austin perform — and ultimately have him record one of her songs, natch. Bonus: The episode includes a duet by Debby Ryan and Ross Lynch.

Disney Channel Fa-La-La-Lidays 2012 Promo

Disney Channel have released the official promo for the programming block, Fa-La-La-Lidays 2012 which includes new holiday themed episodes of Good Luck Charlie, Dog With A Blog, Shake It Up, the special event: Austin & Jessie & Ally: All Star New Year and movies set to premiere all December long!

SUNDAY, December 2

7:30 p.m. – “Good Luck Charlie”
“A Duncan Christmas” – Teddy takes Charlie to see Santa Claus at Super Adventure Land, but when Santa decides to take a break right when it’s Charlie’s turn, Teddy takes matters into her own hands. Meanwhile, Amy and Grandma Linda learn they are performing the same song at the family talent show. Shirley Jones reprises her role as Grandma Linda. Teddy and Spencer (played by actors and recording artists Bridgit Mendler and Shane Harper) perform the duet “My Song For You” in the episode.

8:00 p.m. – “Dog With A Blog”
“Bark! The Herald Angels Sing” – It’s the family’s first Christmas together and Avery is prepping Tyler, Chloe and Stan for what will likely be their worst Christmas gifts ever – from their new stepmother Ellen who gives terrible gifts. Meanwhile, Bennett and Ellen try to decide whose Christmas traditions to follow.

8:30 p.m. – “Shake It Up”
“Merry Merry It Up” – CeCe picks a fight with Jeremy, leading Georgia to break up with him. To fix the situation, Rocky takes a turn as the ghost of Christmas dance and escorts CeCe on a dream journey to the past, present and future.  Zendaya performs the new song “Shake Santa Shake” in the episode.

Friday, December 7

8:00 p.m. – “Austin & Ally”/”Jessie”   
“Austin & JESSIE & Ally All Star New Year” – Austin, Ally, Trish and Dez travel to Times Square where Austin is booked to perform on New Year’s Eve. When they can’t get through New York City’s crowded streets, Jessie comes up with a plan to get them to the stage and to ultimately have Austin record one of her songs. Three songs are performed in the hour-long episode: ”Face to Face,” a duet by Austin (Ross Lynch) and Jessie (Debby Ryan), and “Christmas Soul” and “Can You Feel It” by Austin.

Disney Channel Announces “Fa-la-la-lidays” 2012 Schedule, Including “Austin & Ally” and “Jessie” Crossover

– Popular Winter Programming Event includes New Episodes of
“Phineas and Ferb” and Music-Filled One-Hour Crossover of
Hit Comedies “Austin & Ally” and “Jessie” –

Disney Channel, the #1 cable channel in Total Viewers, Kids 2-11, Kids 6-11 and Tweens, will present its second annual Fa-la-la-lidays programming event beginning Friday, November 23 with new holiday themed-episodes premiering SUNDAY, DECEMBER 2. This year’s event is highlighted by the season four premiere of “Phineas and Ferb” guest starring NHL superstar Luc Robitaille and a special New Years Eve-themed episode of the animated hit series, plus a music-filled crossover episode of “Jessie” and “Austin & Ally,” featuring a duet by Jessie (Debby Ryan) and Austin (Ross Lynch), and a Santa-themed episode of the popular comedy “Good Luck Charlie” that includes a duet by Teddy (Bridgit Mendler) and Spencer (Shane Harper) and guest stars Shirley Jones. New holiday-themed episodes of “Dog With A Blog” and “Shake It Up,” featuring Zendaya performing a new holiday song, will also be presented along with festive movies including “The Nightmare Before Christmas,” “Santa Clause 3: The Escape Clause,” Disney’s “A Christmas Carol” and the Disney Channel premiere of “Secret of the Wings.”

Walt Disney Records’ Disney Channel Holiday Playlist, an album of holiday classics and original songs performed by stars from hit Disney Channel series and original movies, is now available wherever music is sold. Radio Disney will celebrate Fa-la-la-lidays with holiday-themed music featuring songs from Disney Channel Holiday Playlist beginning November 23 and Radio Disney stations in 31 markets will host events throughout November and December with holiday-themed interactive entertainment, music and prizes.

DisneyChannel.com will debut two new holiday games based on “Phineas and Ferb” and “Austin & Ally”/”Jessie” and a special holiday edition of the “Gravity Falls” fan-favorite “Mabel’s Sweater Creator,” plus a daily holiday “gift” including exclusive downloads and printable crafts. Full length holiday episodes of hit Disney Channel series will also be available.

Highlights from Disney Channel’s Fa-la-la-lidays (all times ET/PT) are:

SUNDAY, December 2

You must’ve been good, because Santa Mickey’s about to dole out some nice new presents.

A new Phineas and Ferb, as well as fresh episodes of other Disney Channel favorites, will fill the premium cabler’s holiday schedule, TVLine has learned exclusively.

Phineas and Ferb ’s Season 4 premiere (debuting Dec. 7 at 9/8c) will find National Hockey League star Luc Robataille offering his assistance when the brothers take an ice hockey game to the extreme. Later, Phineas and Ferb plan their own New Year’s Eve ball drop, and Candace tries to keep an incredibly tough resolution: not to bust the boys before midnight.

Other highlights from the network’s “Fa-la-la-lidays” event include:

GOOD LUCK CHARLIE | (Dec. 2, 7:30 pm) Teddy takes charge when Santa goes on a break just before Charlie’s about to sit in his lap, and Shirley Jones reprises her role as Grandma Linda – who’s planning to sing the same song as Amy at the family talent show.

Disney Channel And Disney XD Order Additional Episodes From Four Series

EXCLUSIVE: Disney Channel and sibling Disney XD have increased the orders of four live-action series.

Disney Channel’s sitcom Jessie has received a six-episode pickup, bringing its second season to 28 episodes. It is the No. 1 series among kids 2-11 and No. 2 among kids 6-11 and tweens this year. Dog With A Blog, which premiered October 12, will tack on one more episode to its freshman season to get up to 22 episodes. Disney XD’s new sitcom Crash & Bernstein, which launched October 8, has received an order for five additional episodes on the heels of hitting series highs on Monday; its total will go up to 26 episodes. Another Disney XD freshman, Lab Rats, is adding four episodes for a 26-episode first season. Lab Rats‘ February premiere was Disney XD’s No. 1 series launch of all time, and on Monday, the series posted its highest ratings in seven months.
